By accessing Guerin Chat at guerin.chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Guerin Chat is a personal AI chat application that provides access to AI-powered conversational tools. The service is operated by Keith Guerin for personal and authorized use only.

Access and Eligibility

Access to Guerin Chat is restricted to authorized users only. You may only use the service if you have been granted access by the operator. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the AI to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized individuals

AI-Generated Content

The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI responses for critical decisions without independent verification.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Keith Guerin. Your chat content remains yours, but you grant us the right to store and process it to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keith Guerin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also revoke access to any user at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
